The guys from Airmail never answered any of my following mails. And we conquered that it was a software bug. But I talked about it with our IT guy nonetheless. I told them that I had worked in IT support myself. I contacted support, they asked me to try a few things that I had already tried and they ended up telling me to contact my sysadmin. Until I tried to link them to my Exchange account on our LAN. I too bought the two versions and was quite happy with them. for what purpose? then they are even less findable than before. Excellent - I can now automate the process of organising emails. Or something as simple as "find an email in my Sent Items". You can't even search just within a single folder - so it's fabulous when you get back a billion search results from spam and junk mail which completely obscure the actual emails you may be looking for.
